My Navara chassis developed a slight problem as was rotten and I needed a vehicle urgently to carry on with work. After a lot of searching I found a land-rover at a reasonable price on TN Commercials site. It's a long way from Anglesey though but Thomas sent me loads of videos of the motor which helped me decide to buy, It was serviced mot'd and delivered within a couple of days allowing me to carry on working. Good service and a really nice person to deal with. If the need arises I would buy from them again.

From initial email contact to Tn commercials I was contacted straight away by Thomas and he could not have been more informative or helpful, I was on holiday and couldn't to view the van I really wanted so Thomas kindly sent me a WhatsApp video , pointing out all aspects of the van including any small chips etc. To top it off Thomas delivered the van to my house in Northumberland! We had been looking for a large van at the
Right price for a considerable time. Thomas had what we were after, but the price was a little over our top budget. After a short conversation by phone, Thomas agreed to discount the price to match our funds. We had a few chats about the vehicle, and within a few days I was confident that it was the right one, and that Thomas was being open and honest with me about it\'s condition.

I travelled to Darlington, where Thomas had agreed to meet me with the van, so I could test drive it on the way back to the site. On inspection, there were a couple of issues, but nothing that would warrant a refusal. After doing the paperwork, I left with a new van, and Thomas kept in touch for the next few days to make sure I was completely happy with it.

I am completely satisfied with the service, and the van, and would recommend TNCommercials without hesitation.

Cannot recommend TN Commercials highly enough. After spotting a vehicle on Ebay I called and spoke to Thomas, who couldn\'t have been more helpful. He sent me videos and all details asked for, making the purchase of my pick up simple and easy. He also made the almost 5 hour journey to deliver my truck due to me being in the middle of lambing and unable to getaway easily to collect myself. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, not to be found at other dealerships, no pushing, no selling, no hiding, very open and transparent, friendly and polite. The van seems to be good quality, well prepared, 2 months so far and no issues. In addition they helped to speed up the process and get me back to work within just one day (my other vehicle was damaged) I'll be happy to visit again and purchase another vehicle when the time comes.

this is how buying a used vehicle should be. I've just bought a base van for my next camper conversion from tn commercials. both tom's were friendly and professional. there was no pressure and plenty of knowledgeable information. I really appreciated that even after id agreed to buy they still sorted out a few things that other places would have left for me to deal with. I also appreciate that they talked calmly and were not sexist as I've previously witnessed at other garages, so if you looking for your next van, even if you've never bought a one before you can be confident that you will get an excellent van at a great price. oh and I've never seen second hand vans so clean and tidy! you get that new van feel. thank you tom both of you:-)
